Terry Hollands has been one of the stalwarts of the British Strongman scene for as long as anyone can remember. After switching his training focus in 2004 from Rugby to Strongman, Terry achieved the highest accolade in UK Strongman by winning Britain's Strongest Man in 2007. In the same year, Terry also placed 3rd at World's Strongest Man.
Since then, Terry has become a fixture of the Strongman community, competing at World's Strongest Man an incredible 11 times.
In 2017, Terry decided to drastically change how he approached his strongman training. Going from one of the heaviest strongmen at nearly 200kg to a shredded 154kg, Terry looks more akin to a body builder than he does to other strongmen. Never the less- Terry's new found athleticism has already proven the doubters wrong after he secured a 3rd place finish Britain's Strongest Man 2018.
